The lowdown 

Tenancy terms 

Our standard tenancy terms are 12 and 36 months. Other terms may be available upon request. 

Deposit 

5 week deposit. 

Rent 

If your tenancy starts between 1st- 15th of the month, you will pay from your move-in date to the end of the month. If your tenancy starts between 16th-31st of the month then you will pay pro-rata rent and one month’s rent upfront. 

Council Tax 

Southwark Council. It is the tenantsresponsibility to set up theseaccounts. 

TV/Broadband 

BT, SKY, Virgin and Freeview portsinstalled in all apartments. It is thetenants responsibility to set upthese accounts. 

Bills/Electricity 

Heat and hot water services: Pleasenote, the heating and hot water arebilled as a pre paid utility and thatresidents are required to set up aseparate electricity account. Therewill be a GURU Hub 2 smart meterinstalled in all apartments.
